GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Merchandise is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days if Standard shipping is selected. Orders placed with Express shipping must be made before 3pm PST and will be shipped the next business day. We only accept orders for delivery to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) at this time. Please note, Line Gold, Inc. will not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO address, or hotels. Multiple items under a single order may arrive separately. Customers will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Delivery costs will be assessed by Line Gold, Inc. and will be added to the purchase price. The delivery cost will be calculated according to the total weight and value of your final order. When estimating delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. Once the order is processed and ready for shipment, we will notify you via email with the confirmation of your order.

All shipments are insured and will require a signature receipt. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All shipping claims are assumed the responsibility of the buyer. We ship all orders via Fedex, UPS and USPS. Shipping to multiple address will be accepted upon verification of each address and may be subject to additional charges. Line Gold, Inc. reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice.

Please note that in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed if you request size adjustments or engraving. In such cases, our customer service department will contact you with additional information.

Product Availability: If the merchandise that you have chosen is currently not in stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated time of arrival or offer similar product options.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Line Gold, Inc. allows return of merchandise within seven (7) days of receipt but subject to the conditions below:

  • All returns must be approved by calling 888-644-1010 and requesting a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  • Fill out the return form and include the applicable Return Authorization Number
  • Include the completed return form with the product in it's original box and packaging

Line Gold, Inc. products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags attached to them. We will not accept any returns if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

Returns on altered, engraved and/or custom ordered merchandise will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to evaluation by Line Gold, Inc. Upon receiving a return, we will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy and, if so, only then proceed with the applicable refund or exchange. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing returns. Any unauthorized returns may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

Customers may be permitted to exchange a product if it satisfies the conditions of the return policy. Line Gold, Inc. will send an credit memo to the customer with the indicated value of the returned merchandise. In the case that the returned merchandise values higher than the desired exchange item, Line Gold, Inc. will issue a credit for the difference to be retained on a future order.

Line Gold, Inc. values customer satisfaction and takes every step to ensure each product received by the customer has undergone our company's quality criteria. In the event you receive a product which seems to be damaged and/or defective, you may return it according to the return policy. Upon receipt, Line Gold, Inc. may classify the returned product as a defective product.

If your product is declared as defective by Line Gold, Inc., the following solutions will be proposed to the Customer as applicable:

  • Line Gold, Inc. to offer same product in the exact same size, subject to availability
  • Line Gold, Inc. to propose and exchange for a similar item if equivalent or higher value, in which case the initial price will be deducted and you will be required to pay only the difference, or
  • Customer may request a full refund in the original payment issued

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective.

Please follow the same guidelines under our return policy when requesting an exchange.

For in-store returns and/or exchanges, the original invoice must be presented. Same return policy applies.
